As part of the Social Order program of the KaSaKa ni San Isidro, the chairman of the Parish Ministry on Social Services and KaSaKa ni San Isidro, Bro. Renniel Jayson Jacinto Rosales, responded to the invitation of the Local Government Unit and attended the public consultation of the Municipality of Cuenca as the representative of the religious sector together with other sectors of the society. The public consultation was held last March 6, 2023, at the Old Agriculture Building, Municipal Compound. The proposed ordinances discussed were:
1. An Ordinance Localizing RA No. 8976 otherwise known as “The Philippine Food Fortification Act of 2000” in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas for Other Purposes and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof – authored by Hon. Angelica Joy Guce
2. An Ordinance Prohibiting Vandalism in the Municipality of Cuenca and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof – authored by Hon. Arwin Abe.
Many aspects were further clarified, and suggestions were given to improve the proposed ordinances which will better help the policy makers in finalizing the said proposals.
