As part of the Advocacy Programs of the organization and under the guidance and supervision of the Lipa Archdiocesan Social Action Commission, Lipa Archdiocesan Council on Electoral Reforms, and NAMFREL, the Kasaka ni San Isidro Labrador, Inc. monitored the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election 2023 (October 30, 2023) through its Good Governance and Electoral Reforms Program. Aside from giving Voters’ Education in-person and online, the most important part of the advocacy is to monitor and report the process of the election. The volunteer roving group, in partnership with the Ministry for the Youth of the Parish and Archdiocesan Shrine of San Isidro Labrador was able to visit majority of the polling precincts in Cuenca, Batangas.
There are no major issues and irregularities that occurred during the election aside from people who were not able to vote due to becoming absentee voters for two consecutive elections and having no biometrics record in COMELEC.
