Kasama sa Kaayusan, kaunlaran, at Kaginhawaan ni San Isidro Labrador, Inc. (KaSaKa ni San Isidro Labrador, Inc.) is a non-stock non-profit organization duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 16, 2023. Prior to its SEC registration, the ministry is known as the Cuenca Parish Ministry on Social Services (Cuenca PMSS). On July 18, 2023, it was officially accredited by the Municipality of Cuenca as a recognized Non-Government Organization. It serves as the Ministry on Social Services of the Parish and Archdiocesan Shrine of San Isidro Labrador and the social services arm of the Ministry on Social Services of the Archdiocese of Lipa in Cuenca, Batangas. As a social services ministry, it seeks to further nourish “Alay Kapwa” spirituality of the Cuenqueños by helping or volunteering to the programs and services towards humanitarian and environmental development through its KaSaKa thematic Programs: Kaayusan, Kaunlaran, at Kaginhawaan.
KaSaKa ni San Isidro Labrador, Inc. identifies ways and avenues to help the society in taking care of those in need, especially those in the peripheries. As the ministry scans the needs and priorities of social services throughout its existence, several factors were considered to develop the KaSaKa thematic programs and services that would further lead the parish to the people and the people to God.

Kasaka Thematic Programs and Services
Kaayusan
Kaayusan (Social Order) seeks to respond to social issues and emergencies that the community is and will be facing. The program focuses on the emergency preparedness and response, protection of the environment, and advocacy programs such as child sexual abuse prevention, cyber safe and electoral reforms concerns.
Kaunlaran
Kaunlaran (Development) seeks to promote social transformation and guidance towards development to the people through youth and community development, educational assistance and scholarship program, social enterprise, and livelihood training.
Kaginhawaan
Kaginhawaan (Relief) seeks to give aid and relief to the people, especially the poor and those in the peripheries, such as medical assistance and mission, food security, and support to the brethren in need (poorest of the poor families in the community).
